Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the interior fit-out industry. Good knowledge of interior fit-out works, finishing materials, and construction methods. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and site instructions. Experience managing site workers and coordinating subcontractors. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of site safety procedures and quality control. Candidates currently based in the UAE with immediate availability are preferred.
