Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification. Fresh graduates from the 2025–2026 graduating batch are encouraged to apply. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Experience or practical knowledge in international freight forwarding and ocean freight. Good understanding of FCL/LCL shipments, international shipping procedures, and supply-chain operations. Knowledge of shipping terminology including POL, POD, ETD, ETA, FCL, LCL, BL, SI, VGM, THC, Free Time, Demurrage, Detention, CY, CFS, and Transshipment. Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills. Ability to communicate professionally with international agents, shipping lines, customers, and logistics partners. Strong business-development and client-acquisition skills. Ability to identify and establish new agency partnerships. Strong market-research and lead-generation capabilities. Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and commercially focused. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple shipments, customers, and business-development activities simultaneously. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general office applications. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and internal teams. Existing contacts within international freight-forwarding networks will be an advantage.
