Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Technical Support, preferably at an L2 support level. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure. Experience in L2 troubleshooting, incident management, and resolving technical issues. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting is an advantage. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
