• * 2–5 years of experience in steel fabrication supervision. * UAE experience in steel fabrication/construction is preferred. * Good knowledge of steel fabrication processes and workshop operations. * Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings. * Knowledge of welding, cutting, fitting, grinding, and steel assembly. * Good manpower coordination and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. * Good communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of workplace safety and PPE requirements.
