Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE. Mandatory Requirements: Proven track record on High-Rise Building Projects in the UAE AND expert proficiency in Primavera P6. Skills: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Advanced Excel, and Power BI/dashboard tools. In-depth understanding of high-rise construction methodologies, structural cycles, fit-out workflows, and FIDIC contract provisions related to time extension. Strong leadership, numerical analysis, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus). gender: male
