Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Camp Boss handling blue-collar workforce. Experience in managing workers and camp-related activities. English & Hindi – Mandatory Good computer knowledge and efficiency is mandatory. Good communication and coordination skills. Should be capable of handling daily camp operations, worker issues, attendance, transportation coordination, and documentation.
