Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5–7 years of accounting experience, with mandatory experience in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with UAE VAT regulations and compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA is an advantage. Experience working with insurance brokers or insurance companies in the UAE. Familiarity with IFRS and insurance accounting practices.
