Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience as a Purchase Officer in the construction industry.Good knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and procurement processes. Experience in preparing RFQs, quotation analysis, and purchase orders. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software. UAE construction experience preferred.
