Requirements:

• * Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in villa construction and interior fit-out estimating. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market rates. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimating software. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * UAE driving licence is an advantage. * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
