• Minimum 1 year of proven Gym Membership Sales experience. Previous experience working within a gym, fitness club, health club, or sports facility is mandatory. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Professional appearance and customer-focused approach. Previous fitness industry sales experience within the UAE market.
