Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience as Yard Supervisor or similar role. Knowledge or experience in cabin manufacturing is required. Prefabrication knowledge is an added advantage. Ability to manage workers and coordinate daily activities. Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and yard operations. Good communication and leadership skills.
