Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as Estimation Engineer in: Prefabricated building industry Modular construction Steel structures Interior fit-out Portable cabin manufacturing Container conversion projects Technical Skills Strong knowledge of estimation and quantity take-off. Experience in AutoCAD quantity take-off. Knowledge of prefab construction materials and methods. Good understanding of MEP and fit-out works. Proficiency in: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word AutoCAD ERP Personal Skills Strong analytical and commercial awareness. Good negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and team-oriented. Good command of written and spoken English. Punctual, reliable, and organized. Preferred Knowledge Experience in UAE/GCC market. Knowledge of temporary facilities and site accommodation projects Familiarity with modular construction standards and authority requirements. Understanding of fabrication and production process for prefab units
