• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering. 1–2 years of relevant experience in HVAC duct manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication. Strong understanding of duct fabrication drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and manufacturing processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and ERP-based production management systems. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production coordination skills.
